The Emeritus College is a membership organisation set up to harness the experience and expertise of professionals and executives approaching or already at retirement. We seek to provide a major managed resource in support of economic and social development in the North West region through knowledge transfer, enterprise support and the encouragement of innovation.

The Emeritus College is run by a small executive team working out of Burton Manor in the Wirral, The Heath at Runcorn and online. Membership is open to individuals and to companies and organisations, especially those working or planning to work on projects with which senior people might engage: paid employment, interim or consultancy work, business start-up or voluntary activity.

In some instances an organisation may be appointed to head up a "Guild" of people and companies with a similar range of interests to determine areas of activity See the Info Page for details.
